HALO updates Dutch North Sea licence developments

Hague and London Oil (HALO) has received approval from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy concerning the transfer of ownership in the D12b licence in the Dutch North Sea.

This is subject to a proposed transaction with ONE-Dyas for certain assets in the UK and Dutch offshore sectors.

Recently Wintershall Dea produced first gas from the Sillimanite field, part of which is within the D12b licence, and where drilling looks set to continues for the full-field development.

In addition, HALO expects a formal award soon of the Dutch offshore F4a block.
