BP extends Prosafe semi’s contract at Clair Ridge

BP has exercised a US$2-million option to extend the charter of the Safe Caledonia west of Shetland by a further month.

The semi-submersible accommodation support rig started a five-month firm term at the Clair Ridge development in May, which now runs to end-November.
