PSA acknowledges safety compliance at Goliat offshore Norway

Eni Norge can restore the Goliat field in the Barents Sea to full production.

The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) gave the company the all-clear after it had fulfilled the conditions of an order issued on the 6^th October 2017.

This was imposed followed an audit of the field’s electrical safety during the 19^th-28^th September.

Eni undertook the required modifications late last month.
